Can I cancel a pending payment?

If you choose to manually transfer money from your bank account, the payment will be pending until you transfer the funds to the required bank account designated by PingPong. The pending time is 24 hours, after which the payment will be automatically cancelled. When you choose to use your account balance or deduct from the bank account directly (ACH), you may still cancel your payment by contacting our support team. A $35 dollar cancelation fees may apply.
